Eamonn graduated from Aberystwyth University with a Joint Honours degree in Physics with Electronics and Computer Science in 1981. His career begain with British Aerospace at Hatfield writing computer software. He left BAe in 1986 and moved through a number of sales and marketing roles before joining Rank Xerox in 1990. He had a number of roles within Rank Xerox encompassing product development and delivery, new technologies and business process improvement.
In 2001 he left Rank Xerox to join Heales Medical Limited as Managing Director. Heales Medical has grown substantially since 2001 and has worked closely wih the University of Hertfordshire over the last two years to develop a number of innovative processes and technology to improve Occupational Health. Heales Medical's work on Occupational Stress and backend technology developed to deliver integrated Occupational Health made the team an ideal partner to deliver the benefits of the 'nodietdietway' to a wider audience.
