Absolutely! The good thing about the 'nodietdietway' is that anyone can do it. The programme does not require any food restrictions or excessive exercise regimes so you do not need to worry. Everything included in the programme is designed to enhance your wellbeing. If you are worried in any way speak to your GP or other health professional about the programme before you start.
You are right, on average people lose between 1-2lbs per week whilst they are on the programme. This is in line with medical recommendations for healthy weight loss. You may have been on other diets where the weight loss is greater than this per week but my guess is that the weight didn’t stay off for long, otherwise why would you be looking to start another diet?! The 'nodietdietway' is designed to help you lose weight gradually and to keep the weight off permanently. Most other food diets focus on food restrictions of some kind and there is no doubt that if you starve yourself of something you regularly eat you will lose weight a lot quicker than if you carry on eating your usual food products. However, as you will probably have noticed these diets cannot be sustained for very long. Your will power eventually runs out, you give in and eat the forbidden food that you crave. This is why food diets don’t work in the long term because nobody wants to be on a food diet for the rest of their life.
You will be able to call a 'nodietdietway' coach by telephone or contact them via an internal, confidential link. The coaches will be able to help you with the programme and also to direct you to further help should you need it.
The programme has been carefully designed and tested to help you achieve permanent weight loss. There are no easy shortcuts. Although the programme is easy to follow, it won't always be easy to maintain motivation and complete each part of the programme. But don't worry, very little in life that is worthwhile is easy, and we'll be there to help you!
You can complete the programme at your own pace, although we would encourage you to try and complete each action in stage one on a daily basis. Although you cannot skip ahead to later stages, you may repeat an action in any current or previous stage as many times as you feel it will help.
You may cancel at any time during the programme, although you will then no longer be able to access your programme. If you cancel part-way through a month your cancellation will take effect from the beginning of the following month.
