The 'nodietdietway' is about breaking down your ingrained habits and becoming more behaviourally flexible by 'Doing Something Different'.
This is because we know that people with more behavioural flexibility are slimmer – and you can become one of those people!
The programme has five separate phases. The first four take about six weeks. The fifth phase has ten monthly ‘Spotlights’. These are life-enhancing activities that help you stay behaviourally flexible and ensure that you maintain your habit-busting ways and keep the weight off permanently.
The 'Spotlights' are delivered every month after phase 4. Each month focuses on getting more from life, whether it’s in your relationships, your home or work. You’ll be living life to the full with all the healthy habits of a new, slimmer you!
Throughout the programme you can call on 'nodietdietway' coaches – they’re online and at the end of the phone line. They’ll keep you motivated and support you through the programme. Our goal is to help you achieve permanent weight loss. We aim to ensure, by going on this journey with you, that your life will be changed for the better - forever!
