In fact, we hardly talk about food at all. And that's got to be a refreshing change for all you weary cabbage soupers, cheesed off grapefruit dieters and fed-up-with-Atkins followers, right?
So here on the NDD website we're bringing you the on-line and the extended version of the programme you might have read in our book, The No Diet Diet.
We're not ones for making big bold claims but to call the NDD 'revolutionary' is about right. And that's because our research shows that being overweight is driven by our habits but no one's provided a weight loss solution based on this until now. That's our little claim to fame.
It's OK, we're not talking about getting up close and personal with spider webs. No, through the NDD programme we're going to be getting to grips with our own personal 'habitwebs'. These are what keep us tied into being overweight. Understanding our habitweb is the first step to doing something about it. Then it's on to breaking it down and building new and better habits using a detailed and easy-to-follow plan.

There's support and encouragement for you the whole way through the programme. From time on the telephone with one of our coaches through to sharing ideas, stories and tips with other No Diet Dieters at the online forum. The choice is yours.
Of course, anything worth doing tends to feel like a challenge at times and so it is with the NDD programme. But the results will be worth it.
