Regain Control

This is the stage of the programme where you should really start to notice some differences in your behaviour as your habits are broken down. This stage makes you more aware of how you would normally respond to people and situations - which in the past you may have done out of habit. It helps you to take control of your own behaviour so that you don't respond automatically. In addition to the daily tasks, you'll choose an additional two tasks, which can be completed at any time during the week.
